Things to expect in a HIGH Fitness Class:
Strong, simple, easy-to-follow choreography
Plyometric-type interval training moves: jump squats, burpees, tuck jumps, etc.
Low, concentrated, full-body toning moves that sculpt you from top to bottom
Fun, motivating music from all genres that you KNOW and LOVE
Intense cardio-peak track
Options given for all levels of fitness to cater to your needs

UpBeat Barre
UpBeat Barre is a full body muscle endurance class inspired by yoga, ballet, Pilates and strength training that is choreographed and set to the beat of the music. UpBeat Barre is a low to no impact class with options for every age and stage of fitness.

UpBeat LIFT


Up Beat Lift is a muscle building class that combines pure strength supersets with progressive overload endurance training, isolating muscle groups and working to near failure with heavy weights, then working to build endurance in drop sets. UPL rocks popular tunes, lifting choreographed to the beat for and intense and accessible strength workout.

UpBeat Pilates
UpBeat Pilates is a high energy mat class that utilizes traditional Pilates elements and equipment in an UpBeat way. UPP is set to popular tunes helping you keep up by moving to the beat in a core focused full body workout that leaves no muscle behind.
