AEROBICS IS BACK - BIGGER - BETTER - HIGHER

Things to expect in a HIGH Fitness Class:

 Strong, simple, easy-to-follow choreography

Plyometric-type interval training moves: jump squats, burpees, tuck jumps, etc.

Low, concentrated, full-body toning moves that sculpt you from top to bottom

Fun, motivating music from all genres that you KNOW and LOVE

Intense cardio-peak track

Options given for all levels of fitness to cater to your needs

People of all ages and stages

Non-judgemental, welcoming environment

Guaranteed workout & Sweaty blast

Motivation & inspiration from instructors to push you harder than you would on your own

What to bring to a HIGH Class: Water, good runners, appropriate workout clothing, towel for sweat

UpBeat Barre

A Barre Class set to fun music, rather than the music falling to the background. Low impact with a great burn and options for every fitness level

This class is meant to be done barefoot
Most classes will need Light weights (1-5lb), yoga mat and something sturdy to use as a barre.
*optional equipment for some classes will be resistance loops, sliders, Pilates/bender ball*
